Your data is fully controlled
You control who accesses your data, and what they can see and do with it. Each user has its own password and level of permission (you can limit the access privileges of each user in Administration > Group). Your client will be able to make an order, your part time staff will invoice his hours but of course they will not access your latest Profit & Loss reports.
