GOOGLE DATA MANAGEMENT

It is possible to synchronize Mango with Google Calendar and Gmail. This implies that you can authorize Mango to read, write, and delete Gmail emails and to read, write, and delete Google Calendars. This synchronization is not mandatory for the use of Mango, and you will be able to initiate it, stop it, and restart it at your convenience.

The data collected by Mango will stay safe and only be accessible to the owner of the data. Mango will not use this data for any other purpose than permitting the owner to manage it from the platform. This data will never be shared with any other user unless expressly requested by the data owner.

At any time, the user will be able to remove this data from Mango (without removing it from Google). Removing the data will be immediate on Mango, and the removed data won't be accessible anymore on the platform. However, it is important to note that backup data are kept for a month to mitigate the risk of loosing data. After this period, backups are deleted permanently. Unless an extremely serious incident occurs, backup data are never restored in Mango. In the case of a database restoration from a backup, all Mango users will be informed.
